Not just sleeping early and really well, but do you think also keeping stress and anxiety levels as low as possible during the spurt and growing years will also help the bones and body grow a lot? Like the less emotional stress and negative life events during the growing years, the easier it may be for the body to peacefully grow taller? I was always curious how mental stress can affect ones growth spurt if they’re very stressed so not having the most peaceful sleep during the growth years. Keep up the great work!!

I’m currently 13 (turned 13 on April 19 of 2024 so a few months ago) and I’m exactly 5’ 4 1/2” (I know these are accurate I got measured at my physical a few weeks back). I have grown 5cm from when I was 17 years old. All male relatives of mine from my mom's side are at least 175cm tall (Including my cousins who are the same age as me upwards). I recently started to have a huge appetite, and never had one before in my entire life. Plus I tend to get sleepy more often and have acne/pimples (I never had these growing up). Plus I was also the smallest in my classroom, even the teacher once told me I looked too small to be in 9th grade(I was 14yrs). I also started to play basketball. My knees hurt a little bit(Espacially at the back of them, but not that serious of a pain), plus my shins have like a little of a throbbing pain too. I also have a wing span of 178cm. I literally ahve my arms 4cm away from the top of my knee when standing LOL (They're too long). Do you think I have a chance to grow to atleast 170cm - 175cm?
